All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:

All work is carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards, including BS 5839 (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems), BS 5266 (Emergency Lighting), and other applicable regulations. We are BAFE SP203-1 registered and SafeContractor approved. Clients are responsible for ensuring their premises comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Cancellation of confirmed work must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee. For bespoke equipment orders, cancellation may not be possible once orders have been placed with suppliers.
All designs, drawings, and specifications produced by SS Electrical Engineering Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. These documents may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without our written consent.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
